

Is today one of those days when you are asking, what is for dinner? and have run out of ideas. This meal solution is ideal for busy people out there, specially to the very busy Moms and working persons. Sometimes the last thing in your mind is to think about what is for dinner. You are on your way home, and almost a few blocks home and have not thought of any ideas.
If you are looking for a quick meal for dinner. This meal solution is uncomplicated to make and with easy to find ingredients.
For Steak
- I used sirloin steak about 1 inch thick 3 x 5 inches
- You will need 4 teaspoons of unsalted butter, ground black pepper and garlic powder.
- Warm the grill to 350 degrees F, while waiting to warm up.
- Wash steak and dry with paper towel, then season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder on both sides.
- Grill each side for 3-4 minutes (medium well) with 1-2 teaspoons of butter on top. I cooked until the middle of meat reached 150-154 degrees on the thermometer.
For Salad
- 3-4 small cucumbers, wash and dry with paper towel, chop to cubes
- 1 can corn kernels, drained
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 to 1 cup grape tomatoes, washed
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese
- 1-piece small lemon
In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, corn and chickpeas. Dash with salt and black pepper and mix feta cheese. Squeeze lemon and mix.
Serve with steak and enjoy!
