Tasty and flavorful rice with lots of healthy vegetables.
In this version I used carrots, mushrooms, bell peppers and celery but of course you can add more or different kinds of vegetables you like.
For rice, I used steamed white rice. You can also use different kinds like brown rice.

- Cook or steam rice. You can also pre cook rice.

- Wash and chop all the vegetables, mince the garlic.

- In a pan, warm the olive oil in medium heat for two minutes the sauté the garlic and onion until translucent then add the vegetables.

- Cook the vegetables for 5-6 minutes then add the rice.

- Add the seasonings mix and make sure everything is well blended. Serve and enjoy!
